The newest iteration of the TechTAC® website – techtac.com, or tubinganchor.com – is now live!
But before we celebrate, first we need to apologize. Over the past few months if you’ve encountered slowness, broken links or missing content on the website, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Updating the site with a new design, new content and a new hosting provider has been a multi-month process that, unfortunately, created a few temporary dead ends along the way. However, all those issues should now be resolved.
The new site features updated content and navigation to serve as a ready resource for service companies, engineers and others who need product, technical and marketing information about TechTAC tubing anchor solutions. Some of the highlights include:
An Extensive Online Product Catalog
By clicking Anchors in the main menu across the top of techtac.com, you can view an extensive list of TechTAC anchors, including the patented Slimline® and patent-pending Slimline® QuickSet™ TACs, as well as standard B2 TACs and quarter-turn tension anchors.
One more click into any of the listed anchors gives you technical specs, dimensions and a complete list of parts for that particular anchor. These product pages also feature links to documentation like setting and releasing instructions, product brochures and more.
A Blog Featuring News, Product Announcements and More
Selecting Resources > Blog from the main menu takes you to Downhole Discoveries, which is the TechTAC company blog. Not only does the blog feature timely articles about real-world challenges service and production companies are facing, but it’s also the best place to learn about new products, assembly tips, pricing updates and more.
Resources for Engineers
Although TechTAC does not sell directly to production companies, our team fields many calls and questions from petroleum engineers who are considering adding TechTAC anchors to their designs. To better support those PEs, techtac.com now features a downloadable Engineering Info Packet, which includes CFD study results, product literature, technical specifications and more. The site also includes a roundup of company videos, including product overviews, SPE events and the insights of Bruce Friesen, a PE consultant who spent many years as the global artificial lift advisor for BP.
We hope the new techtac.com will be a helpful resource to you and your teams. If you have suggestions for how to make the website even more useful, contact TechTAC’s Marketing Director, Shawn Dickerson, at sdickerson@techtac.com.
